Our story
Born from a simple observation.
India is investing trillions into manufacturing, logistics and infrastructure. Yet the people who actually run these factories often live an hour away in unsafe rooms, paying landlords who never invested in them.
We believe this gap is one of the most important investable opportunities of the decade — and the most important social one. Worker housing, done right, is institutional-grade real estate with a generational impact attached.
Nile Asset Management was founded to bring that thesis to life: as a platform that owns and operates the buildings, not just builds them.
